How quotes work
How we price a job
Every quote is based on your photos and details. We look at:
- Volume — how much truck or trailer space your items fill.
- Labor — how many people and hours it takes to clear it out.
- Disposal — dump fees for what can't be donated or recycled.
- Conditions — anything that makes the job harder (see below).
The more photos you send, the more accurate your quote. Quotes are free.
What can affect your price
Mold
Mold requires protective gear and extra care, which adds labor time.
No A/C or extreme heat
Hot attics and homes without air conditioning slow the work and need more breaks and crew.
Distance
Jobs farther outside Macomb add drive time and fuel.
Hard access
Stairs, tight hallways, basements, attics, or a long walk to the truck take more time and effort.
Heavy items
Pianos, safes, hot tubs, and concrete may need extra hands or equipment.
Hoarding or heavy clutter
Dense rooms take longer to sort and clear safely.
Items we can't take
- ✕Paint, stains, and solvents (unless fully dried out)
- ✕Motor oil, gasoline, and other fuels
- ✕Propane tanks and pressurized cylinders
- ✕Pesticides, pool chemicals, and cleaning chemicals
- ✕Asbestos or asbestos-containing materials
- ✕Medical waste and needles
- ✕Car batteries
- ✕Ammunition, firearms, and explosives
